Booking & Cancellation Policy

This Booking & Cancellation Policy explains how appointment requests, confirmations, cancellations, and scheduling changes are handled at EuroSpa. The purpose of this policy is to help clients understand the booking process and allow appointments to be managed fairly for all guests.

Booking Appointments

Appointments may be requested through:

  • Phone calls
  • WhatsApp
  • Website contact forms

When making a booking request, clients may be asked to provide their name, contact number, preferred treatment, and preferred appointment time.

Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not automatically guarantee an appointment. Bookings are confirmed only after a member of the EuroSpa team confirms availability.

Appointment Confirmation

Once availability has been verified, a member of our team will confirm the appointment details with the client.

EuroSpa may contact clients using the phone number or WhatsApp account provided during the booking process.

Arrival Time

Clients are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Arriving early allows sufficient time for check-in and any consultation that may be required before the treatment begins.

Late arrivals may affect the available treatment time, particularly when other appointments are scheduled before or after the booking.

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, EuroSpa will make reasonable efforts to provide the scheduled treatment within the remaining appointment time.

In some situations, treatment duration may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other guests. Full treatment fees may still apply where permitted by local business practices.

Appointment Changes

Clients who need to change an appointment are encouraged to contact EuroSpa as soon as possible.

Requests to reschedule are subject to therapist availability, treatment availability, and operating hours.

While every effort will be made to accommodate requested changes, alternative appointment times may be offered when the original request cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify EuroSpa as early as possible.

Advance notice helps us offer the appointment time to another client and allows our therapists to manage their schedules effectively.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future booking requests.

No-Show Appointments

A no-show occurs when a confirmed appointment is missed without notice.

Clients who repeatedly fail to attend confirmed appointments without informing EuroSpa may be refused future bookings at our discretion.

Treatment Availability

Certain treatments may be subject to therapist availability, treatment duration requirements, seasonal demand, or operational considerations.

EuroSpa reserves the right to modify appointment schedules when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including staff availability, maintenance requirements, or unforeseen operational issues.

Promotional Offers

Promotional packages, special offers, and seasonal discounts may be subject to specific conditions and validity periods.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Expired promotions cannot be applied to future bookings once the promotional period has ended.

Refusal of Service

EuroSpa reserves the right to refuse service where necessary to protect the safety, comfort, privacy, or wellbeing of clients and staff.

This may include situations involving inappropriate behavior, abusive conduct, failure to follow spa policies, or circumstances where a treatment may not be suitable based on information provided by the client.

Changes to This Policy

This Booking & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, appointment procedures, or service requirements.

Any revised version will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.
